Ritsuo Shingo, Former President of Toyota China and the last living genius of the ‘classic Lean school’.

Son of Shigeo Shingo, the genius who was co-founder of the Toyota Production System (TPS), later named ‘Lean’.

It is his mission to spread his fathers philosophy. Focus on: leadership, total participation, motivation of workers, continuous improvement, don’t blame your worker, be challenging, never give up … all elements of the Japanese Toyota culture, based on continuous improvement and respect for the human factor.

This Japanese sensei is a worldclass example of a humble & servant leader.

Ann Baeke is certified coach and trainer and author of the book “Leider zonder Masker”.

She helps leaders in strenghtening their natural leadership by making them aware of their full potential.
During her workshop you will find answers on topics concerning values, culture or enagement, purpose, meaningful leadership and personal growth.
